SUMMARY:  

Still early....marketing is going out and everything is live.  In this market we expect more showings in the first 7-14 days.  This concerns me a bit, but Siena is a bit different.  You have a great house with a great view, but there are a lot of home options for potential buyers in the subdivision.  So pricing is very key when trying to sell in Siena.  For the time being, we will push our marketing and have a better idea of where we stand in the next 2 weeks.  Have a great weekend and I will update you next week.
